Project Overview
Edgily Technologies contributed to the T2 Extension project at Changi Airport Terminal 2, delivering comprehensive BIM-based Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Lighting, and Fire Protection services within a live airport environment. The expansion added over 21,000 m² of new space, enhancing passenger capacity and operational efficiency. Our scope included BIM modeling, multidisciplinary coordination, HVAC system modeling (AHU, FCU, ducting, chilled water), electrical power and lighting layouts, cable tray routing, and fire protection systems such as sprinklers and hydrants. Key deliverables included high-LOD BIM models, coordinated construction drawings, shop drawings, clash detection reports, and as-built support, ensuring efficient integration with existing airport infrastructure.
