This includes equipment lists, product data sheets, warranties, spare parts lists, and preventive maintenance schedules. Such information is vital for supporting operations, maintenance, and asset management once the building is operational.

As projects increasingly demand a "COBie deliverable, EDGILY aids A/E firms, contractors, and owners in meeting the COBie lifecycle information management requirements efficiently, including:

• • Supervising Data Drops at key project stages, including design, construction, and operation phases.

Existing facilities

Existing facilities frequently lack dependable As-Built Drawings and Asset records, particularly following multiple remodels or expansions. In such instances, Facility Engineers typically turn to EDGILY for Laser Scanning and Scan to BIM model creation, including 2D As-Built Drawings.

While the captured and modeled as-built conditions serve as valuable assets for future expansions, relying on REVIT or Navisworks for daily operational use of these models is not the most effective approach.
